We fell in love! ❤️ Chatted to one our emerging menswear brands, arranged a speculative meeting which led to a proposal and a freelance contract to leverage the US market. Sales jumped directly attributable to US press and influencer coverage. The brand assigned the UK market and sales are continuing to grow.

MASTERING VISUAL COMMUNICATION
Asked to find a Graphic Designer for a Manchester based role, we created a job description with our client and set about sourcing a master in storytelling with depth and breadth in online/offline graphics, corporate and product branding, editorial, video and content creation.
We met the humblest of guys with an outstanding skills set freelancing in a broadcasting role alongside colleagues telling him his talents were being wasted.
As an out of the box thinker and influencer in his own right with 11,000+ followers and sponsored gigs from brands such as Fred Perry, Eastpak, Lacoste and UNICEF, he was the standout candidate!
He is now deeply immersed in a pioneering project working with an inspirational team.
EXCELLENCE IN LUXURY RETAIL
Having made several key hires for this brand in Retail Operations, we were asked to find a Flagship Store Manager with experience specific to Mayfair and expertise in clienteling.
Our search led us to a local candidate with 10+ years experience and a career track record in consistently exceeding sales and profit goals as both Store or Flagship Store Manager for solo or multiple sites.
His repertoire includes exemplary knowledge of local markets, clienteling expertise, training, motivation and evaluation of staff to ensure a first class service and customer satisfaction.
Interestingly, the CEO at the time was unsure if he was a brand fit however the Head of Retail and Group CEO were convinced and he was hired.
Having weathered a host of unexpected changes in the group and brand, he has gone onto become their most successful retail hire progressing to UK Retail Manager in the last 3 years.

Previously experiencing growth with a small athleisure brand, this inspiring individual developed an agile ‘can do’ attitude and extensive understanding of how a business is built and run. She became skilled in dealing with new challenges in a resourceful manner and negotiating to achieve beneficial agreements in a high pressure deadline driven environment.
Still in the role we placed her in, she is responsible for developing men’s and women’s performance apparel for a leading luxury sports brand.
Inspired by many passions including fashion, travel, music creation, and journalism this highly driven Head of Ecommerce brought a compelling skillset to a pivotal role in a business specialising in contemporary furniture, lighting, textiles, gifts, ceramics and artworks from British artisans.
With a new MD on board, the business had established with its backers ambitious growth plans.
We collaborated closely on finding Head of Ecommerce to devise and implement their business development strategy. An exceptional presentation of our candidate's ideas and approach resulted in the successful hire of an individual who combines creative and analytical knowledge, is able to marry idea creation and strategy understanding brand positioning, guidelines and representation informed by analysis to drive digital marketing and commercial strategy.

A Central St. Martins graduate, this talented designer makes the art of storytelling look easy by taking you on a visual journey through a distinguished career, which includes the likes of Zegna, Christian Dior, Lacoste and Louis Vuitton.
Our paths crossed over an opportunity to spearhead design for an emerging contemporary menswear brand whose star is on the ascendency, attracting a notable celebrity following. We can't wait to see how the brand evolves under this new creative direction.
The MD said, the addition of this hire has been a breath of fresh air, and how refreshing it is to be working with someone with zero ego, who is entirely hands-on and leads the vision from concept to sampling with effortless grace working collaboratively with the owner and team.
